Bouse Mercantile My order of a half side of beef, that was corn-finished, is superb. Bouse delivered the beef to my butcher and we had the steaks cut to 1-3/8 inches thick. Yes, thick. I grilled some tonight steaks tonight, cooked “medium rare” to 110 degrees F in the center. Fabulous. Just fabulous steak. This is no grocery store beef, people. Get some! I wish you could taste the review. We also did a beef roast from this purchase. The usual fixin’s like carrot and onion. Aw, wow. I cannot wait to make burgers!
